Expert Water Softener Installation in Kansas City, MO

Kansas City water draws from the Missouri River and carries high levels of calcium and magnesium. According to KC Water's annual report, treated water hardness ranges from 84.6 to 136 mg/L, and raw source water can reach 250–300 mg/L before treatment. That mineral load leaves scale on fixtures, shortens appliance life, and makes soap harder to lather. Mac Wilson, LLC handles water softener installation for Kansas City homeowners who want to stop that damage at the source. Our process starts with an on-site water assessment to measure your actual hardness level. We then size the system to your household's daily water use, connect it to your main water line, and test the output before we leave. Homes with older plumbing or high-use appliances like water heaters and dishwashers see the clearest results. If you are seeing white scale on faucets or cloudy spots on dishes, call Mac Wilson, LLC to schedule your Kansas City water softener installation.

We interviewed approximately 10 contractors to move and add drains to our unfinished basement, prior to finding Mac Wilson. I found the admin team to be friendly with quick communication. We had the team in our home for 2 days. The on-site team was professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We had a minor issue after day one and the entire team was quick to get the problem resolved, without any delays to the project. We would use them team again!

Zach and lane have gone the extra mile for us. When we’ve had issues they’ve taken the time to talk to us and make sure we’re happy. If you’re looking for a company you can trust I would highly recommend Mac Wilson. Update 4 Aug 2020: Zach and Lane came back out to install a single basin sink for us and did such a nice job that I felt I should show the work here. Ignore the old sealant (I asked them to leave it so I could do a little cleanup of our counters as a whole). Stunning install and took less than two hours.

I was super happy with the work completed by Chad and Carson. They showed up and when they said they would. The job took them less time than they anticipated and they were so nice and patient and great at explaining anything I asked about. I would recommend them for sure.
